The East dining hall also known as Findlay Commons has the BEST salads. They can easily be taken to go, and they offer different toppings each day such as chicken, steak, salmon, or shrimp. Also, Edge is a coffee shop where you can literally order any type of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and it is so cheap that it won’t kill your meal plan. Finally, Flips is where you can get burgers, chicken fingers, fries, and even grilled cheese sandwiches which are definitely the best option! This is a convenient spot to eat especially late at night if you missed the dinner hours.
West is where I ate a lot last year because it is really close to a lot of engineering buildings such as Hammond. West has a buffet for lunch every day, but they also have a place to just order soup or sandwiches. FYI the grilled chicken sandwich is so good! However, West is really known for their warm delicious chocolate chip cookies. Finally, you might find yourself getting Jamba Juice a lot which can be really expensive. However, not to worry West has smoothies for about $1.50, and they are amazing!
North, South, and Pollock are other dining options that I am not as familiar with. I do know that North has a breakfast buffet everyday which is convenient if you live in East. They are also known for their cheesesteaks. South is similar to West where there is always a buffet option, but they also have many different restaurants that are not a part of the buffet. Finally, Pollock just has a very large buffet. Overall, every dining hall has great food, and you will not have a problem finding something to eat!
